Grass No. 19 - Crossing Skies

Grass No. 19 - Crossing Skies

Walking Up Two Pan
Walking Up Two Pan
To flow from thing to the next
Feels normal as we wake up every day
Go from dark to light
And back again

On a trail, passing through shadows
Mind stops then you see
The trees are actually growing here

Rocks and sand and gravel along the ridgetops, falling down
Big boulder fields filled with aspen living day and night,
Still in the breeze, but moving in a wind

Not sure how far from here to there,
Or where to stop
Do this:
Stop when you feel good
Keep going—if there’s more to see
There’s no place worth getting to
More than where you are

Trying to do something—
Darkness moving to light
Lightness covering up dark
And clouds in hundreds crossing skies
Of the every-day
